J&P 10-Year Workmanship Warranty
J&P Roofing & Construction Inc. backs covered roofing installation and repair workmanship with a 10-year warranty beginning when the covered work is substantially completed.

This is a summary. Coverage, exclusions, and conditions are governed by your accepted estimate or contract and written Warranty & Coverage Agreement. Roofing workmanship coverage does not include cleaning, maintenance, gutters, or other non-roofing services unless separately agreed in writing.
Coverage for our work:
Applies to defects directly attributable to J&P’s workmanship within the contracted roof areas and components. Repairs and partial-roof projects do not extend coverage to untouched areas.
Corrective labor:
For covered defects, J&P will inspect and arrange corrections without charging for corrective labor. Any noncovered materials or additional work will be explained and approved before billable work begins.
Separate manufacturer coverage:
Material warranties, including Malarkey warranties, are separate and governed by the manufacturer’s written terms.

What Our Premium Certification Means
J&P Roofing & Construction Inc. is a registered Malarkey Certified Premium Contractor. This designation requires completion of Malarkey’s Pro and Premium training and inspection of contractor workmanship by Malarkey’s technical team.
Enhanced Warranty Options for Qualifying Roofs
Our Premium certification allows us to offer Malarkey’s enhanced Premium warranty, including manufacturer-backed workmanship coverage, on qualifying Secure Choice™ roofing systems installed with at least four Malarkey accessories.
We explain the roofing system and warranty options available for your project during the estimate process. Enhanced coverage is subject to installation, registration, and other manufacturer requirements and is governed by the warranty issued for your roof.
Malarkey coverage is separate from J&P’s 10-year workmanship warranty. Each warranty has its own terms, conditions, and claim process.

Does every Malarkey roof qualify for the Premium warranty?
No. Premium warranty eligibility depends on the roofing system, required accessories, installation, and registration requirements. We explain the warranty available for your project during the estimate process.
Can the warranty transfer if I sell my home?
Transfer may be available under the applicable Malarkey warranty. Deadlines, paperwork, and other conditions apply, so review your issued warranty before transferring coverage.
