Most residential roof replacements take one to three days once installation begins. Larger or more complex roofs, weather conditions, and necessary decking repairs can extend the schedule. 

We protect the surrounding property, remove the existing roofing, inspect the roof deck, complete approved repairs, and install the underlayment, flashing, and new roofing system. We finish with cleanup and a final review. 

If damaged or deteriorated decking is exposed, we document the problem and explain the necessary repair and associated cost before proceeding whenever possible. 

Depending on the roof and project requirements, options may include asphalt shingles from Malarkey, IKO, PABCO, or GAF, as well as metal roofing and TPO or PVC systems for appropriate low-slope roofs. 

Yes. Rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or other unsafe conditions may delay installation. We monitor the forecast and communicate schedule changes as early as possible. 

Warranty coverage depends on the roofing material, manufacturer, and project. We explain the applicable manufacturer warranty and J&P workmanship coverage in the proposal before work begins.
