J&P Roofing & Construction Inc. is a locally owned roofing contractor based in Brush Prairie, Washington. Established in 2025, our company brings more than 20 years of roofing industry experience to residential and commercial projects throughout Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington and Oregon. Our team provides roof replacements, roof repairs, emergency roof repairs, inspections, commercial roofing, and gutter services with a focus on quality workmanship, clear recommendations, and dependable service.

Founder, President & Chief Estimator
David Jones brings more than 20 years of roofing industry experience to J&P Roofing & Construction Inc. As founder, president, and chief estimator, David evaluates roofing projects, helps customers understand their options, and recommends solutions based on the condition of the roof and the needs of the property.
His experience includes residential and commercial roofing, roof replacement, leak diagnosis, repairs, and roofing systems designed for Pacific Northwest conditions.

Co-Owner, COO & Commercial Estimator
Pete oversees company operations and works with customers on commercial roofing estimates and project planning. He helps coordinate roofing solutions that meet the needs of commercial properties, contractors, and property professionals throughout Southwest Washington and Northwest Oregon.
Brittany
Office Manager & Oregon RMI
Brittany manages the company’s office administration, customer communication, scheduling, and Oregon licensing responsibilities. She brings nearly 20 years of customer service and office administration experience to J&P Roofing & Construction Inc.
Brittany helps customers navigate the process from their first call through estimating, scheduling, project communication, and final paperwork.
